Karen Gold started Peak Effects Marketing after discovering the most successful advertising vehicle in her 25 years of working with retailers. Her combined experience of advertising for retailers and helping to grow small businesses made her uniquely qualified for this venture.

Karen has turned her passion for exceptional customer service and effective, measurable marketing campaigns into a business she feels proud and excited about. By building a team who share these values, Karen Gold and Peak Effects Marketing have helped hundreds of retailers find success each season with specialty direct mail campaigns, email marketing, graphic design, text message marketing and their own white-labeled customer loyalty program, Peak Rewards.

Liz Marfia-Ash

Liz Marfia-Ash has 18 years of project management and bookkeeping experience, working in both the television and retail marketing industries. From start to finish, she oversees the schedule for every project, ensuring no deadlines or details are missed.

Celia's passion for art has led her to build a career as a graphic designer with several years of experience in retail marketing. She creates effective visual communications that resonate with clients and their customers alike. Throughout her career, she has honed her craft by working on a wide range of projects, including print, email, and digital design.

Katie Ingersoll

Graphic Designer

Katie graduated from Ohio University in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. With a keen design sensibility, she has experience in traditional print design, as well as online marketing, presentation, experiential and web design. She first started with Peak Effects Marketing in 2016 and has now returned to expand her career in retail marketing. Katie is collaborative, upbeat, and thrives under the pressure of a deadline.
